Items will be packaged and shipped within 5-7 working days.

We use Royal Mail to send out items and their UK delivery times are 1-2 days, Europe/International 3-5 days.

These are approximate and are not guaranteed.

We suggest opting for a Tracked service internationally to allow us and you to deal with any potential delays easier.
Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with one of our products, please contact us directly within 72 hours of receipt, stating your concerns and supplying a photograph where applicable. We will then arrange a full refund or replacement, depending on the circumstance and your preference.

Refunds will not be issued outside of this timeframe or for anything relating to circumstances beyond our control, including those associated with the delivery service.

If you have purchased a course or workshop and wish to request a refund, please get in touch within 72 hours of purchase.

No refunds will be issued once the course or workshop has begun.

Where a course or workshop is cancelled by Silvercrow, you will be contacted to arrange a full refund or to take up a replacement option for the same course (or that of the the same value).
